An Unusual graduation at this Deaf school

The Utah Schools for the Deaf and the Blind offered a different kind of graduation ceremony for the seven students who had completed their coursework.

The students offered a glimpse into their lives and education in a video presentation which you can see below:
Superintendent Joel Coleman said:
“Our students inspire a lot of laughter during our graduation event. We serve more than 2,000 students statewide, with highly specialized teachers who travel to each student’s school district. Most of our students graduate from their local schools, but about 350 students attend our USDB campuses throughout the state. It is those campus seniors who participate in the USDB graduation each year.”
