Deaf woman: Taco Bell Refused Service

Karen Putz, who is deaf, says she and a friend stopped at a Taco Bell in Rochester, New York for lunch but were refused service.

When she was told her she would have to come inside to place an order, she said, "No." That's when an employee called the police. She drove off without being served. Taco Bell says it is investigating what happened. Below is a video of Putz explaining what happened.
