Louisiana reorganizes school for deaf students

The governor of Louisiana signed a bill into law last week that will change how the state's deaf and blind students are taught.

Unanimously backed by lawmakers, it sets up a board with a dozen members to oversee operations. The governor will select 11 of the members and the head of state education in Louisiana will pick the final member.
