Nyle DiMarco is one of the executive producers of this coming-of-age tale which follows Maryland School for the Deaf high school athlete Amaree McKenstry (who lost his hearing as a toddler after contracting meningitis) and his friends during their senior year. In the film, his father, who walked out on the family but has now found God, tries to rebuild their relationship while McKenstry deals with the death of a close friend.It starts with the brutal loss of a game that breaks a 16-season winning streak and ends with the big homecoming game.
