Nick and Jamael Szucs are battling the Solon City School District over the treatment of their 3-year-old daughter.

The parents, who are hearing, say the school system has refused to provide Ivy a sign language interpreter. Cleveland's WJW-TV sat down for an interview with the family. The video is below or you can read the story here.

The school district claims the Szucs' accusations are not true but would not go into specifics.
