Report:School for Deaf out of Compliance

The West Virginia Schools for the Deaf and Blind is not providing its 93 students what they need.

That is the conclusion of a report put together by the West Virginia Department of Education. Areas of deficiency include student care, instruction and transportation. An action plan based on the report will be developed.
